ABOUT ROCKBODY FITNESS

RockBody Fitness is a concept designed specifically for individuals, to deliver optimum fitness, improve health, happiness and general well-being. As the name implies, when we think of the word 'Rock' a few things spring to mind like Support, Protection, Cornerstone and Foundation. Our aim is to help you build a foundation to total fitness.

What is Total fitness? Total fitness encompasses optimum physical fitness; sound and positive state of mind; freedom from injury and illnesses associated with inactivity; nutritional balance; and a healthy interaction with others. I cater for a wide range of abilities, from the sedentary individual (non-trainer) or complete beginner to performance athletes. My programs are carefully designed for the individual, using simple but effective and progressive exercise systems and techniques to ensure your goals are achieved irrespective of ability, age, size or shape.

I deliver one on one individualized fitness and wellness plans focusing on weight loss, strength and conditioning, athletic training, corrective exercising and injury rehabilitation.

Group Training

Group training is fitness training done in a group setting. It is delivered in a circuit training format where a variety of exercises are performed one after another, with minimal rest between each exercise.
